As part of the Digital Main Street Grant program, funded by the Province of Ontario, partnered with the Toronto Association of BIAs (TABIA), and administered by the Ontario BIA Association (OBIAA), the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has hired a Digital Service Squad (DSS) member.
The role of a DSS member is to act as a free resource to help local businesses grow their digital presence. Through free, one-to-one support, our DSS member can can work with businesses to:

Develop a website or e-commerce store

Make improvements to an existing website

Create a social media presence and build an online audience

Develop content strategies for social media

Implement email marketing tools

Explore paid social media advertising

Assist in applying for grant funding
Our DSS member is available to meet with businesses in-person, via zoom, or over the phone. As part of the DSS member’s free services, they can review your current online presence and assist you by making recommendations on various tips and tools to implement to help your business establish itself online.
