EmployerOne 2026 Survey Invitation to Participate

The EmployerOne 2026 Survey is now open and we invite you to share your insights to help shape workforce development in our region.

We've partnered with the Elgin Middlesex Oxford Workforce Planning and Development Board (EMOWPDB) to launch this year’s survey. The information collected helps us better understand employer needs so we can serve our community more effectively, and your experience is an important part of that conversation.

Why participate?

·         Your input provides a clear picture of the challenges and opportunities employers are experiencing and anticipating.

·         Your business matters and your feedback help guide meaningful regional workforce solutions.

·         Survey results are used by numerous community partners which helps reduce multiple survey requests from different service providers.

·         Sharing your experiences can connect you to resources and local supports.

The survey takes 15 to 40 minutes to complete and is fully confidential. Only aggregate findings are shared publicly.
